The Provider Groups focus on providing services to providers at the workplace in group settings. We collaborate with healthcare providers, mental health providers, nonprofits and other community partners to offer group services to staff to reduce stress and burnout.
We aim to provide access to providers with a free and safe space to learn therapeutic skills to reduce stress, decrease anxiety, depression, and more. We want to ensure that providers can access mental health services and learn simple techniques to make them feel physically and mentally well.
Furthermore, our goal is to decrease the long waiting period that individuals face to receive services and provide first-care while waiting for individuals' services. As we understand, the Pandemic has created many barriers that prevent the community from receiving services; we want to intervene and start educational sessions surrounding mental health symptoms and substance use issues while individuals are awaiting one-to-one services with a therapist. Our services focus on many mental health problems, and our group sessions focus on learning about mental health symptoms while having fun in a welcoming environment.
