Our aim is to provide rapid access to mental health services and decrease the waiting period for services. If you're struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, or simply seeking a nonjudgmental and safe space to speak about the everyday burdens of life such as (relationships, self-care, transitional stages of life, and more), we're here to help. Our therapists specialize in providing various group therapy and can help you learn practical coping strategies to manage your symptoms. We'll work with you in a group to develop a personalized group treatment plan that assists in lessening your symptoms while waiting for one-to-one services with a therapist. Couples Group Therapy
COUPLES GROUP THERAPY:
- Deepening intimacy through connection, care, and repair.
- improve communication, intimacy, and have a deeper sense of safety and ease in your relationship.
- led by experienced therapists (Emmanuel Dorvelus, Mirdith Value-Remy, Odney Jelin, and Claudel Chevry).
- Saturdays-12:30 pm-1:45 pm or 2 pm-3p m

Teen Group Therapy
Group therapy can Help!
guided by therapist, the group will use evidence-based methods to:
- Help teens learn emotion regulation and relaxation skills.
- increase pleasant activities and change negative thoughts.
- connect teens and reduce isolation in a group setting.
- Wednesdays-4:00 pm -5:15 pm
